Meet Clare


Clare’s health and fitness journey started 7 years ago when she started Taekwondo training with her daughter and found a love for martial arts (she has a level 2 instructors license in Commando Krav Maga and a yellow belt in Dutch Muay Thai!).

During her years of training she grew a love for training others and helping them reach their goals – she found that being able to celebrate the milestones with them really gave her joy.

“Becoming a Personal Trainer was a huge achievement for me, as it meant I would be able to help people become fit and healthy and hopefully help them find a love for fitness like I did.  At Step into Life Beacon Hill I would like all my members to feel like they belong, are having fun and are reaching their goals.”
