Come and join the Mosman Seniors’ Laughter Group and laugh your way to better health and well-being. Run by Jane Broadbere, a certified Laughter Wellness teacher, the laughter sessions combine breathing, laughing, smiling and moving. After a laughter class , stress is reduced, your spirits are lifted and you can expect to leave feeling lighter and energized and with a new outlook on life.
