Louise and her team teach weekly Flow, Restore, Pre-Natal, Mums n Bubs and Kids classes, as well as Privates & Corporate Yoga at the Surfside Yoga Studio on the Northern Beaches.
Our boutique and beachy studio is located in Mona Vale, and beach yoga takes place at Narrabeen Beach.
We also have a permanent online yoga offering.
New students are welcome to come and try 2 weeks of unlimited classes for just $25!
