A fantastic 45 mimnute workout on the Wattbike. Challange yourself through a variety of hill climbs, sprint intervals and endurance intervals to improve your general fitness and cycle specific fitness. 6 week progressive programs so you will always be improving.
A dynamic 45 minute complete body workout. Perform dynamic movements with a range of equipment including TRX, medicine balls, free weights and body weight exercises, combined with a short session on the bike, the calories will be dripping off.
