“I get a lot of people who have difficulty doing a lunge. I help with correcting their leg positioning and body posture which takes the pressure off the knee”.

PowerFlex is inspired by pilates and yoga. It's a great session for correcting your posture, balance and flexibility.

“A lot of the deep breathing exercises really wake you up. You walk away from this session with a nice, tingling feeling”.

“You come out, have an hour to yourself, and you walk away feeling great and ready to get on with your weekend”.
“We do coffee every now and again too. Maybe on a Saturday morning after PowerFlex we’ll pop into a coffee shop and have coffee together”.

Work on your balance and coordination
One of Clare’s members came to her after having a stroke. He was very wobbly and unstable, not even being able to walk very fast let alone get up into a jog.
“We worked on balance, we worked on coordination and he’s now getting to a point where his arms and legs are able to coordinate on different exercises”.
He’s now able to run half a rugby field. His goal is to start playing rugby again and to play in one of the disability leagues.
