About

The Manly Warringah Sea Eagles, based on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, are one of the most successful clubs in the NRL. Since entering the competition in 1947, the Sea Eagles have won 8 Premierships and have played in 19 Grand Finals.

The club is currently in the midst of a major redevelopment of its home ground, Lottoland. The $33.1 million project will see the construction of a new 3,000-seat grandstand, a high-performance gym and training centre, medical and sports rehabilitation facilities, administration offices and meeting rooms, a multi-purpose community and education area, and facilities for youth and female sports participation.

The new facilities will future-proof Lottoland for future generations and support the club’s development, both on and off the field. The redevelopment will also bolster the club’s future ambitions of launching a women’s NRL team, further enhancing youth sporting development, and expanding community programs and initiatives.

Construction of the new facilities is currently underway and is due to be completed prior to the commencement of the 2022 NRL season. The Sea Eagles will continue to play home games at Lottoland throughout the 2021 NRL season.

The new Centre of Excellence and Northern Grandstand will be a major asset for the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles and the Northern Beaches community. The facilities will provide a world-class training and competition environment for the Sea Eagles, and they will also be a valuable resource for the local community.

  • The new grandstand will be located on the northern side of Lottoland, and it will provide covered seating for 3,000 spectators.
  • The high-performance gym and training centre will be located adjacent to the grandstand, and it will feature state-of-the-art equipment and facilities.
  • The medical and sports rehabilitation facilities will be located on the ground floor of the grandstand, and they will provide comprehensive services for players and staff.
  • The administration offices and meeting rooms will be located on the upper level of the grandstand, and they will provide a modern and efficient space for the club’s operations.
  • The multi-purpose community and education area will be located on the ground floor of the grandstand, and it will be used for a variety of purposes, including community events, education programs, and corporate functions.
  • The facilities for youth and female sports participation will be located on the ground floor of the grandstand, and they will provide a safe and supportive environment for young people to participate in sports.
