Whether you have a history of chronic illness, want to beat burnout, achieve work/life balance, or aim to reach certain goals like eating healthier or moving more, I will equip and empower you with the right tools to make it happen.

If necessary, referrals are made to a range of local health practitioners, including GPs, psychologists and psychotherapists.

Initial Health Assessment & Wellness Plan
It all starts with a first consultation. During this in-depth one-hour session, I will do a deep dive into your health concerns and your medical history to get to know you better – your lifestyle and diet, stressors, medication, and family history. If needed, I may refer you to other health professionals such as GPs, psychologists, physiotherapists. This will allow me to give you a comprehensive plan that is personalised to the wellness goals you want to achieve. I will also teach you how to set, meet, and achieve these goals so that you can live a happier, healthier and more productive life. I will help you shift your mindset and prevent unhealthy habits from holding you back.
